GENERAL EXHIBITORS’ POLICY
The show is open to all firms that market marine products and services. The manufacturer or dealer may purchase exhibit space with management making all final space assignments in the show. Management will make every effort to assign exhibitors the same space they had in the prior shows after taking into account large space orders, date the space application and deposit were received and adherence to the move-in schedule. This is only an application.
All vessels are subject to inspection and acceptance by the Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc. Pricing and dimensions contained in this application are subject to verification and adjustment at move-in time.
VESSELS – IN WATER
You may substitute one vessel of equal size and equal space value for another up until move-in.
Certificate of insurance is required for all exhibitors, naming as additional insureds: City of Los Angeles, Duncan McIntosh Co., Inc., and Unified Port of San Diego. Exhibitors’ liability insurance shall have a minimum aggregate limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2 million aggregate limits.
You man cancel a boat or booth space until Dec. 1st, 2016 and receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations made after that date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and cancellations after January 1, 2017 will incur a 50% administrative fee of your full space amount.
