3. Orders not considered firm until 25% deposit is received. Full payment is due on or before April 1, 2013.
GENERAL EXHIBITORS' POLICY
The show is open to all firms that market marine products and services. The manufacturer or dealer may purchase exhibit space with management making all final space assignments at the show. Management will make every effort to assign exhibitors the same space they had in last years spring Newport Boat Show after taking into account large space orders, date the space application and deposit were received and adherence to the move-in schedule.
INSPECTION: All vessels are subject to inspection and acceptance by the Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc. Pricing and dimensions contained in this application are subject to verification and adjustment at move-in time.
CITY BUSINESS LICENSE: Every exhibitor must have a Newport Beach business license. If you don't already have one, a special show rate of $20 will be added to your bill.
VESSELS - IN WATER: You may substitute one vessel of equal size for another up until move-in. The Sailboat rate is $25 Ft but for the Sailboats located on the Sailboat Dock Only, and vessels must be Stern Tied. Sailboat exhibiting outside of the specific sailboat dock will be subject to normal new or brokerage rates.
INSURANCE: Certificate of insurance is required for all exhibitors, naming as additional insureds: City of Newport Beach, Duncan McIntosh Company, Inc., WREC Lido Venture, LLC, DBA Lido Marina Village, and New Port Beach Mixed Development, LLLP. Minimum liablity coverage of $1,000,000.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel a boat or booth space until April 1, 2013 and receive a full refund, less $150 administration fee. Cancellations made after that date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
